Business Experience

At Point of Arrival, Katrina partners with executives and leaders around the world in coaching, facilitation, learning, development, and organizational change initiatives. At the organizational level, she consults with CEOs and their executive teams to assess, diagnose and shift their organizations to create cultures where people thrive, performance is maximized, and financial results are optimized.

Prior to founding Point of Arrival in 2015, Katrina was an established Human Capital leader, most recently serving senior roles in Human Capital and Leadership Development at Bain & Company.  There, she managed HC operations for the Chicago office of 500 employees, including leading efforts on engagement strategy, coaching, training, performance management, promotion pathways, and employee experience.  Additionally, Katrina worked on a global team to create and deliver a strengths-based leadership assessment and training, that after being rolled out internally across the globe, became part of the firm’s service offerings for clients.  Distinguished for her expertise in HC and excellence in coaching, Katrina was selected as the lead trainer and mentor to employees joining the ranks of HC leadership across North America. 

Training, Qualifications and Accreditations

Katrina has earned a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania, a Certificate in Executive Coaching from Georgetown University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Gonzaga University, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation through the International Coach Federation, and is certified in The Leadership Circle, MBTI and Hogan 360 assessments. Additionally, Katrina is a certified yoga instructor with over 10 years of experience in mindfulness practices and teaching yoga.

Personal Interests

Katrina loves movement and music. When not coaching, you’re likely to find her playing tennis, practicing yoga, cycling, or enjoying time with her piano and guitar. She lives in Chicago with her husband, Nash, and rescue hound, Keeper. They love to travel the world and together are always planning their next big adventure.  Recent far afield travels brought them to Thailand, Hong Kong, Japan, Argentina and many European destinations.
